Returns for exchange/credit note/refund will be accepted for damaged items, incorrect shipments and incorrect sizing. Please note Returns for Change Of Mind are not accepted.
All Return Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving an order, with the original 5 digit invoice number provided. If your return request is approved, you will receive a Returns Authorisation and further directions on return shipping via email.
Return postage will be charged for all exchanges.
Refunds will be processed for the original order amount, excluding any postage costs, unless there was a processing error on our behalf.
Returned items must be new, unworn, and unwashed with all labels and packaging in place. Flight facilities and/or SOUND MERCH are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
